Pulvermaar Holiday- and Motorhome Park
	Located at the pictorial Pulvermaar near Gillenfeld, which is the biggest maar of the Vulkaneifel, the Körtgen-Hein GbR creates a holiday- and motorhome park. Housing at this stage can be accomplished either by a single investor in whole, or through multiple smaller inverstors, since the area can be split up into 38 sections.   The pulvermaar is nearly a perfect circle with a diameter of about 700 meters, and a max. depth of more than 70 meters. In the 13 million cubic meters of crystal- clear water, you can swim or drive a boat. The surrounding forest and the land- scape invites you to extensive hiking. Any judicial obstacles have now been removed, development allowance for all objects have been collected. During the end of 2002, a street to the real estate has been aslphated, and a 160 kV/A power supply has been installed.
